Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu is celebrating her daughter, Racheal Nwafor, as she turns 25.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a video of herself and her daughter, describing Racheal as her firstborn, best friend, prayer warrior, and more.
Calling her ‘her mother’s daughter,’ she noted that Easter Sunday would have been the perfect day to throw a party, but acknowledged that God knows best.
The proud mother assured her daughter that she is loved and cherished at home. “It’s my daughter’s 25th birthday, everyone! My AMAKAMMA is a year older My first fruit My best friend My prayer warrior My very reserved baby My soft-spoken Mitchell My Rachel My son’s second mother My Ada Nnanka My Anambra beauty My fellow Aries queen HER MOTHER’S DAUGHTER!!! Dear @nwaforracheal_, happy birthday, baby It’s Easter Sunday, and it’s your birthday, a perfect date to throw you a party, but you know what? GOD knows best Baby, just know that you are loved at home And I am proud of you, Ada. Happy birthday once again, Chiamaka.”
Last year, for her 24th birthday, Chukwu expressed her pride and love for her daughter, showering her with blessings.
In another post, she wrote about the pain of having her daughter taken from her and how happy she was to watch her grow. She thanked her parents and siblings for their support in raising her children, particularly Racheal, who helped raise her second child.
Two years ago, the actress was deeply moved as her daughter graduated from Babcock University. Crediting her success to God, she noted she had been a single mother without any financial or emotional support, yet she had managed to single-handedly fund her children’s education at one of the country’s most expensive private universities.
In 2023, Chukwu expressed her joy at being a proud mother, saying her late husband would be proud of her. She said she had many stories to tell about her life but would share them at a later date, perhaps in a film.
